Canyonview Resorts Club South Mountain Preserve- Phoenix, Arizona

This Phoenix based timeshare boasts a picturesque backdrop that has become synonymous with Arizona. You won’t have to travel far to find a good time here, the Arizona Mills Mall and many nature attractions are no more than eight miles away from the resort. This timeshare vacation has more things to do than Tiger has women! Most importantly, the Phantom Horse Golf Course is less than a half mile away from the premises. This is one of the most unconventional and unique courses in the nation. The front nine holes are traditionally designed, but with a few unexpected twists and turns. A better bet for surf would be Dunes or Montones, with beginners being more suited to Punta Higuero.

2. California – If you are looking to surf in North America then head on out to California – there is great surf all the way down the coast. It is worth the trip to catch the big wave surfers riding the mountains of Maverick’s during the huge winter swells.  Get yourself a car and a couple of boards and cruise up and down Highway 1 between Santa Cruz and Half Moon Bay. With the miles of beach breaks shared between Huntingdon Beach and Santa Cruz it makes you want to pack your bags right now! If you are looking for mild weather all year, easy quality waves to reach and surf, then California is the choice for you and you will not be disappointed. Top spots to visit if you get a chance are Steamer Lane, Malibu and Rincon.

3. Hawaii – This is a given.  This is the home of surfing.  The North Shore is the promised land for surfers, and with good reason. 2.)  Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía – If you are sick of looking at paintings of Jesus and the mother Mary, this is your place.  Not that there is anything wrong with those paintings, but the art found here is by far some of the best in the world and is not limited to religious paintings, a practice commonly done in this region and era.  The largest attraction here is Guernica, a testament to Picasso’s passionate but thoughtful anger towards the inhumane actions of the Spanish Civil War.  Entrance is around 3 euros.

3.)  Museo del Prado – There is no doubt in my mind Museo del Prado is one of the most revered museums in the world.  Holding work from some of history’s most famous artists, Museo del Prado is a must see for any traveler.  For under 6 euros, you’re exposed to work from the likes of Goya, Velazquez, El Greco and more.  Make sure you take time to absorb it all.  It can be quite overwhelming but well worth the time.

4.)  Museo Thyssen-Bornemisza – The last point on Madrid’s art triangle, Museo Thyssen-Bornemisza boasts of its polar opposite appearance to its other two counterpoints in the art triangle.  This museum is a collection of art originally owned by Baron Hans-Heinrich Thyssen-Bornemisza.  The artifacts here is one of the world’s most complete collections of western art, something uncommon in both Prado and Reina Sofia.  This museum is considered an intro museum for its ease of viewing the chronologically ordered pieces of work and relative size.

5.)  Plaza Mayor – Tourist trap? Maybe.  Worth the visit?  Absolutely!  The Plaza Mayor, a grand arcaded square in the center of Madrid is very popular with tourists and locals alike.  Since its creation, the Plaza Mayor has been the center of festivities, bullfights, royal coronations and executions. These would be attended by as many as 50,000 spectators. It is still used today for public celebrations.  The square is lined with restaurants and shops, which although pricey, are worth it for the quality of fine wine and tapas available.  The sounds of musicians and entertainment can be heard throughout.

If you’re looking for some adventure, you must check out Kruger National Park.  This park has many different regions that display a wide variety of African terrain and wildlife.  From the plains to the hills and mountains, Kruger National Park native inhabitants include impala, buffalo, crocodile, giraffe, kudu, wildebeest, zebra and much more.  Be sure to keep your camera handy, because opportunities to snap pictures come and go as quickly as the cheetahs.

I have roughly over 1000 connections to people online between Facebook, MySpace and Twitter.  This means I have over 1000 people, whom at moments notice, will be reading what I have to say about any given topic.  When the Yankees swept the Red Sox just a few weeks ago, I was trash talking just moments after the game…which of course sparked heavy debates as to who is going to win the World Series, random bets that require me to wear a Sox jersey if New York loses to Boston (which wont happen) in the post season and excommunication from certain people who are diehard Red Sox fans, all amongst the top 3 social networking websites on the internet.

Here’s a little story.  About 2 years ago I was trying to sell my Nissan 240SX (I miss that car and its 33 MPG) so I can buy a four door car.  My first inclination was Ebay because everyone was doing it.  No bites, heck, hardly a sniff.  The few people that did contact me wanted me to pay to ship it to them across the country.  No thanks, I’ll just hold onto it.  My second choice was Craigslist, since I religiously buy iPods for FAR less than what they should sell for.  Craigslist seems like the vending place for the desperate, which left my car exposed to the areas worst offenders of low-balling.  Lastly, I just decided to place in my status across the Holy Trinity (MySpace – The Father, Facebook – The Son and Twitter – The Holy Microblog).  Within 15 minutes of posting, a friend of a friend was interested in buying it for the price I was looking for.  By the weekend, it was sold and I picked up my baby (my car).

What does this mean?  Two things: 1) I have a lot of good friends and 2) SNM (Social Network Marketing) is one of the most effective ways to sell a product.  Instant communication of your timeshare for sale not only gets your timeshare seen, but your friends (if they’re good friends) will tell others about it.  As with most applications, word of mouth advertising is the best form of advertising.  Tweet (it’s when you post on Twitter) about your timeshare for sale and place a link to your timeshare ad on our website in the tweet.  Pick up followers and you’ll see how quickly you’ll be able to get the word out.  I have many friends who own businesses who receive a lot of referrals from me.
